StaggeReno Scavenger Hunt Rules

Cost of entry is $25.00 per person.  Proceeds go to the AAF RENO  and AAF Reno Foundation.  Entry includes team t-shirt (tank tops for girls), adult drinks and after party.  After-party is at BuBinga’s inside the Eldorado.

1. Must be 21 years or older to participate in the StaggeReno scavenger hunt.  No exceptions. IDs will be closely checked.

2. You may get your own team together and sign up.  Everyone must be registered and paid for before team is approved.

            A) Maximum of six people per team

            B) The captain of your team must be approved by judges

            C) Team must be approved by judges

            D) Judges have the right to move team members around to make the scavenger hunt fair and enjoyable for all participants

            E) After pre-approval, your “team” may still be adjusted on the day of event depending on no shows or added participants

            F) If you do not have a team, you will be assigned to a team with your approval

3. This is a walking, running or stumbling event only.  No bikes, skateboards, Segways, taxi cabs or other modes of transportation. Disabilities will be looked at on a case-by-case basis.

4. This competition is on a point and timed scale.

5. If caught cheating, your team will be disqualified.

6. You must provide a team digital camera for judging.  Only one camera per team for judging. Bring a camera charger or extra batteries for the team camera.  You may bring more than one camera for your personal enjoyment but only “the team” digital camera will be judged.

7. Proof of completed tasks is a digital camera. The camera must work at the end of the event for judges to check your results.  

8.  The entire team must participate and show proof of each task.  If the task asks for only one participant, all other team members must be in the picture except for the person taking the photo.

9. Team may not be separated during event.  Every task must be done with the entire team present (proof provided with camera).

10. Everyone on the team must finish with their team. You are not officially done until the entire team is present at the finish.

11. Rules can and will be changed without notice.

12. This is a very drinking friendly event.   Judges have the right to refuse entry to anyone that they feel cannot play well with others. Refunds will not be granted to anyone who causes a problem.

13. Please have respect at the bars. They are participating with us so please do not rush bartenders.

14.  Be polite and courteous to all staff and other patrons, and at the after party. If anyone wearing the event t-shirt is rude to any person in Reno, the entire team will be disqualified and will not be permitted to enjoy the after party. No one will receive a refund.  We do not own Reno for that day.

15. Most important have a great time.  We know you will!!!
